About the Role: Lead Analyst – AI Behavior & Ethics
As a Lead Analyst, you’ll play a key role in assessing behavioral patterns, psychological influences, cognitive biases, and ethical boundaries exhibited by state-of-the-art AI models.
Your insights will directly shape ICAO’s AI Risk Classification System (Red – Yellow – Green) and influence international discourse on the governance of responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct experimental protocols on AI models (LLMs, recommenders, agents, etc.)
- Lead behavioral testing campaigns and cognitive stress evaluations
- Analyze psychological effects and ethical risks in real-world AI usage
- Collaborate on the development of ICAO’s Ethical Scorecards & Violation Reports
- Contribute to public policy advocacy with behavior science and AI ethics insights
Who We’re Looking For

Note: This is currently a volunteer position during ICAO’s foundational phase. Once funding is secured, the role will transition into a paid and strategic leadership position .
