The Cambridge Royal Albert Homes are a Charity that has provided housing for older persons of modest means since 1859. We need additional Trustees to join our Board, especially with accounting or finance skills.

Responsibilities include giving strategic direction, setting overall policy, ensuring our Charity's effective and efficient administration, and working to make our accommodation and facilities more appropriate to the 21st Century while preserving our lovely Victorian buildings. You can expect to give between 15 and 20 days input each year, attending Board and committee meetings, shaping strategy and supporting operations.

Qualifications: If you can work effectively as a member of a team, think and apply knowledge strategically, exercise sound, independent judgement and have some time you can devote to helping others, then we would love to talk to you.
