The Treasurer is part of the GTFC Management Committee and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Club, including:
- preparing floats, collecting and banking cash on (home) match days
- bookkeeping and accounts
- quarterly VAT returns
- paying suppliers and issuing invoices
- setting financial strategy, and preparation of budgets
Mainly home based. One evening monthly management committee meeting is held in Godalming. On (home) match days the Treasurer will be expected to attend the ground to manage cash (floats and cash collection).
