Embedded in one of our Hubs within the Digital Marketing team, you\’ll have the opportunity to leverage your creative capabilities and contribute to a diverse range of lead generation focussed digital marketing campaigns.. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate not just writing prowess, but also a strategic understanding of how compelling content drives digital marketing performance.
We\’re not expecting a seasoned digital marketing veteran, but rather someone with a natural flair for words, a keen analytical eye, and an enthusiasm for learning digital marketing disciplines. You\’ll be crafting engaging copy across websites, social media platforms, and various digital marketing materials, whilst simultaneously expanding your knowledge under the guidance of our experienced Hub leads and Account Managers.

Key responsibilities
- Craft exceptional, SEO-optimised copy for our diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.
- Develop engaging product descriptions, articles, and web content that captivates readers and drives conversions.
- Produce persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Content Strategy and Optimisation
- Collaborate with SEO and Digital teams to create content strategies that align with client goals and search engine best practices.
- Optimise and upload content to WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of copy with web design.
- Conduct thorough research to create relevant and informative product pages and articles.
Client Communication and Project Management
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their brand voice and content needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines throughout the month.
- Work closely with the Graphics team to ensure cohesive visual and written content.
Social Media and Digital Presence
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms.
- Maintain and update client websites and social media channels, including YouTube.
- Assist the SEO Department with tasks such as link building and keyword analysis to enhance content performance.
Requirements
We are seeking a talented copywriter with the following qualities and skills:
- 3+ years of agency experience, creating, managing and optimising SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns
- Experience with SEO for lead generation, analysing KPIs and conversion rates
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
- Proficiency in adapting writing style to different brand voices and target audiences.
- Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles (desirable).

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
