We currently have a requirement for a regional Lead Security Assurance Specialist for the Scotland Region covering risk and assurance.
Ideal experience:
- ISO 270001
- Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), or Industrial Control Systems
- Industrial Security Standards
- Cyber Security
Responsibilities:
- Lead the response to internal audit findings, driving remediation actions and enhancing the maturity of associated processes.
- Own and deliver actions arising from the maturity assessment, ensuring identified gaps are effectively addressed.
- Provide assurance over systems local to the Scottish region, with a primary focus on telecoms.
- Act as a key interface with the central security team, leveraging central capabilities and services where required.
- Perform a hybrid role combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and people management skills.
Location: Ideally Glasgow 3 days a week
