IC24 is expanding with a brand-new Peterborough contact centre and looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead NHS 111 and Integrated Urgent Care services. The role involves travel across Peterborough and other offices to support delivery, stakeholder engagement and ongoing service development.
You will provide leadership across multiple urgent care services, ensuring safety, quality and performance while fostering a positive, people-first culture from Day One.
