This is a key support role within a fast-paced governance environment where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail directly contribute to patient safety, service quality and regulatory compliance. - Supporting incident, complaints and information request processes (including DSARs and RFIs)
- Producing reports and extracting data from governance systems (e.g. Ulysses)
- Supporting audits, inspections and quality assurance activity
- Maintaining shared mailboxes and ensuring timely routing of queries
- Supporting the development and dissemination of learning from incidents and complaints
- Assisting with DSPT and information governance compliance activity
- Ensuring governance documents and archives are accurate, organised and accessible
About you:
You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a structured but fast-moving governance environment. You can manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information appropriately, and support multiple stakeholders with professionalism and accuracy. This role would suit someone who:

- Is confident using systems to manage data, reports and documentation
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, information governance and data protection
- Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple deadlines
- Communicates clearly and works well with a range of stakeholders
- Is comfortable producing accurate notes, reports and maintaining records
- Has excellent technical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Location: Ashford, Kent. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
What’s in it for you:
- Annual Salary of £26,000
- Opportunity to join the NHS Pension Scheme
- Additional annual leave above statutory minimum based on service
- Enhanced family leave (maternity, paternity and adoption leave and pay)
- Inclusive wellbeing benefits
- Employee Assistance Programme including free 24/7 independent counselling and occupational health services
- Professional development opportunities
- Free membership to our reward and discount platform
- Access to Blue Light Card and other NHS Discount Schemes
