IC24 is recruiting Team Manager to lead Health Advisors within our Integrated Urgent Care division, covering NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours. You’ll coach, mentor and drive performance in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment across hybrid office/home settings.
You’ll manage people processes, ensure patient safety and use real-time data to develop teams, improve outcomes and deliver high-quality care. Flexibility is essential with shifts evenings, weekends and holidays.
