Express new ideas, take initiative and shape the future of primary care. In this role, you will work autonomously, using advanced clinical expertise to deliver high‐quality, patient‐centric care. You'll support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. You'll also help shape our future: we are preparing for a major site renovation, offering an opportunity to be part of a transformational period for the practice. This role values collaboration, encourages an inclusive and supportive environment, and promotes building respectful relationships with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with different communication styles and ways of thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
  • Act as an Independent Prescriber.
  • Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
  • Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
  • Support Long‐Term Conditions and Women's Health as key focus areas.
  • Use clinical systems effectively.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masters‐level qualification.
  • Independent Prescriber.
  • Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
  • Strong experience in Long‐Term Conditions and Women's Health.
  • Clinical leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Teaching or mentorship qualification.
  • Evidence of service improvement and innovation.
