We seek to grow our team of talented and experienced engineers and engineering technicians who work together to design, supervise and deliver cost-effective and optimized civil, structural, and geotechnical solutions that transform our client’s objectives into reality.
As our Structural Engineer based in Singapore, you will be part of our Civil and Structural design team that applies sound engineering to design a broad spectrum of underground solutions including underground stations, cut & cover tunnels, deep excavations and bored tunnels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Together with your team leader, you will apply sound engineering principles and prevailing standards required for underground structures, such as MRT stations and tunnels, all in close collaboration with our geotechnical engineering colleagues.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Develop design concepts and associated construction sequences for underground infrastructure works.
- Carry out detailed analyses and design of underground works and foundations.
- Prepare detailed design calculations and reports of high quality for client and authority submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of concise and informative engineering presentations.
- Collaborate with BIM/CAD professionals to prepare accurate models/drawings that conform to standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external project team members to deliver coordinated designs.
- Communications with client representatives, and authority officials to obtain design clearances.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of tender submissions and presentations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board.
- Good Academic Results.
- Experience in the analysis and design of underground infrastructure.
- Experience with the use of STAAD PRO and other software.
- Familiarity with Eurocodes and local authority requirements.
