Ambitious Principal Embedded Software Engineer needed to join an established team in central Bristol developing embedded software products for a variety of customers from small start-ups to global technology giants.
I am looking for a bright Principal Embedded Engineer with good academics and at least 5 years + experience of low level Embedded C / Assembler programming, Embedded Systems Design and ARM Architecture. Experience of using Real Time Operating Systems is also required as is any Networking (TCP, UDP) knowledge. Any expertise in the Automotive / medical sectors would be advantageous for this position.
This role will suit someone looking for a challenging opportunity with responsibility and real scope for rapid progression into a management role. You may already have team lead expertise or you could be looking to make this step up. You must enjoy working with others, reviewing their work and assisting junior team members.
