I am looking for a Digital Verification Engineer to join a US company that has opened a UK design centre near Cambridge. You will join a small but growing UK team as they embark on their next stage of growth and be influential in company projects and product development.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support with the management of the digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal verification environment across design projects.
- Define and enforce verification methodologies, standards, and guidelines for assigned projects.
- Review internal and customer specifications and develop comprehensive verification plans, test plans, and environments to ensure full compliance.
- Review and analyse RTL code to debug issues, gain design understanding, and propose effective solutions.
- Work closely with digital and analog design teams to identify, debug, and resolve RTL and gate-level simulation issues.
- Develop assertion-based, constrained-random verification environments.
- Create and maintain testcase plans, coverage plans, and verification plans.
- Implement and analyse functional and code coverage to ensure verification completeness.
Minimum requirements:
- MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
Special Requirements:
- Universal Verification Methodology.
- TCL and Bash scripting.
- Formal verification techniques.
- SystemVerilog.
Salary and benefits:
- ~£50,000 – £60,000 per annum base salary, dependent on experience and skill set.
- ~ Bonus and/or equity participation available.
- ~ Industry-standard benefits package.
- ~ Visa sponsorship can be given.
- ~ You must be in a commutable distance to office or happy to relocate for the role.
