Join a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced electronics, software and systems solutions for Defence & Security customers. You'll provide technical leadership across complex product development projects, working closely with engineers, scientists and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of electronics and software projects
- Drive system architecture and requirements definition
- Work directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Support bids, proposals and customer engagement
- Deliver innovative solutions across the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering team
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Software, Physics or a related discipline
- Experience leading or contributing to complex product development projects
- Strong background in:
- Embedded Software
- Electronics Design (RF/High-Speed)
- FPGA Development
- Understanding of Linux, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Defence or Security industry experience.
- UK Security Clearance eligibility
- Consultancy experience
- NPI / Design for Manufacture experience
- MOD or DSTL exposure
