We are recruiting for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer with high-speed design experience to join our expanding Semiconductor client based in Southampton. Hybrid working is available, with a few days in Southampton every couple of weeks if needed.
Our client is a rapidly scaling semiconductor company developing next-generation high-speed connectivity technology for AI and high-performance computing applications. They are now seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join their growing engineering team and play a key role in the development of advanced high-speed mixed-signal and analog ICs in cutting-edge 16nm FinFET CMOS technology.
The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will be responsible for:
- Design and development of high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation connectivity products
- Working across the full IC development cycle, from architecture through design, simulation, verification and silicon bring-up
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including digital, systems, layout and packaging engineers
- Driving performance optimisation across power, speed, signal integrity and area
- Strong experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design, and a proven background in high-speed circuit design
- TIA (Transimpedance Amplifier) design
- SerDes design
A highly competitive basic salary is on offer, together with annual bonus and company share options.
