Software Engineering Manager required to lead a team of expert software engineers in the development, optimization, and testing of real-time software implementations across various architectures. I am seeking a proven leader and people manager with demonstrable skills in leading high performance teams coupled with a deep knowledge of full-lifecycle embedded software development for high-throughput applications.
The Software Engineering Manager will be spearheading the development of our clients software engineering methodologies, processes, and design techniques. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team leading the integration of wireless communication signal processing implementations on heterogeneous architectures.
Suitable applicants will have a track record of developing and testing embedded or high-performance computing software solutions, proven ability to turn abstract concepts into actionable steps, expertise in CI/CD workflow, development planning, and tracking tools and an understanding of wireless communications fundamentals.
As a manager you will work with your team leaders to develop a high performance team, supporting professional growth, career development and knowledge sharing.
