My client is a successful and fast growth data intelligence and security risk management tech company. They are now embarking on an innovative strategy integrating tech solutions to their strong data analytical capabilities, and are looking to hire a Software Team Lead to spearhead that strategy. Provide suitable integration with front end solutions. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of, and striving to become an authority on, all systems and languages Identify technical risks early and provide clear, pragmatic solutions Promote best practices across software engineering, with a strong focus on code quality, CI/CD, documentation and data governance best practices Interact with Data Science and Intelligence teams to help set development priorities and roadmap. Strategic planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and vision. Extensive hands-on software engineering background, primarily based around their core data capabilities of Python, Databricks, AWS, Azure. Ideally, you will have a background of working within data analytics/data intelligence organisations. Strong experience designing, building, and supporting infrastructure in cloud environments.
