I’m partnering with an innovative leader in SiC-based power electronic solutions, developing high-performance inverter solutions for aerospace, electric vehicle, and industrial markets. Founded as a university spin-out in 2000, the company is now a recognised force in advanced power semiconductor technology and is looking to appoint a Sales Director to drive growth across Europe.

This is a hands-on sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development. You will execute regional sales strategy, secure design-ins and long-term contracts, build strategic customer relationships, and manage channels and distribution to accelerate revenue growth.

Candidates should bring proven technical sales experience within high-tech hardware/software environments (power electronics preferred), strong commercial acumen, and demonstrated leadership capability. A degree in Electronic Engineering is preferred, and fluency in English is essential.
