This is a unique opportunity to leverage your Silicon design skills on cutting-edge technology. The Silicon Design Engineer will join a UK-based company that creates silicon and software IP designed to give its customers an edge in competitive global technology markets including GPU and AI technologies.
In this role you will:
- Prepare detailed microarchitecture design specifications and execution plans.
- Perform in-depth analysis and optimisation of complex circuits, balancing frequency speed, area, power, and performance.
- Maintain and enhance the design environment while tracking and resolving design bugs.
- Leverage the latest techniques, tools, and technologies in silicon design.
Required skills:
- Solid knowledge of digital integrated circuit design techniques and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in RTL design at IP or SoC level.
- Expertise in ASIC or FPGA design tools and environments.
- Familiarity with writing assertions and creating coverage bins for verification.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog, C, SystemC, C++, Python, Perl, or TCL.
You might also have:
