Our client is a fast‑growing technology company developing advanced hardware products. With strong technical foundations already in place, they are now focused on strengthening operational leadership to support growth, improve processes and prepare for higher volume production.
As the Director of Operations, you’ll oversee supply chain, manufacturing and site activity, working closely with existing teams while bringing structure, improvements and a clear operational direction.
Responsibilities:- Leading supply chain and production operations across a small but growing manufacturing environment
- Overseeing site operations and ensuring day‑to‑day activities run efficiently
- Supporting the transition from low‑volume production to scalable manufacturing
- Working with existing teams to improve processes, systems and workflows
- Driving operational performance across suppliers, production and delivery
- Supporting ERP implementation and ongoing process development
- Background in semiconductor, electronics or deep‑tech hardware environments
- Experience in operations or manufacturing leadership roles, ideally stepping up into broader responsibility
- Understanding of supply chain, production and scaling challenges
- Hands‑on, pragmatic approach suited to a smaller, less structured environment
- Ability to bring improvements without overcomplicating processes
