Our Cambridge based client is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer to be responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs. The role will involve designing the reliability experiments as was as developing and analysing reliability models. An important part of the role will be to develop new electrical reliability tests in collaboration with TCAD and simulation engineers.
Required skills for the senior reliability engineer will include;
- Deep knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, preferably GaN
- Good knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and software such as JMP, Minitab or Python
- Experience with semiconductor failure analysis
- A degree in a relevant engineering or science subject
