You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers and leadership stakeholders to deliver technically challenging projects from concept through to completion. As programmes continue to grow in complexity and scale, they are looking for someone who can take ownership of delivery, drive accountability and maintain strong customer relationships across the full project lifecycle.
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex technical programmes across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality functions while ensuring delivery remains aligned to scope, schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Leading full lifecycle delivery of complex RF, defence or satellite communications projects.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams across hardware, software, manufacturing and quality.
- Acting as the key customer and stakeholder interface throughout programme delivery.
- Supporting bids, proposals and customer‑focused technical solutions.
- Driving structured delivery, accountability and clear communication across teams.
- Experience delivering complex engineering programmes within space, defence or satellite communications environments.
- Strong technical background or experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Understanding of RF‑based systems such as radar, satcom or payload technologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or Jira.
