I’m currently recruiting for a Senior PIC Engineer to join an innovative team working on next-generation photonic technologies for high-speed optical communications. The role will focus on the design, development and characterisation of high-speed photonic integrated circuits , working closely with multidisciplinary teams across optics, electronics, packaging and testing. Key Requirements Strong experience in high-speed PIC design and development Experience with optical modulators, photodetectors and/or high-speed transceivers Strong understanding of RF/microwave and high-speed signal integrity Experience with PIC simulation, layout and fabrication Hands-on experience with high-speed testing and device characterisation Strong understanding of integrated photonics and semiconductor devices Ability to lead technical projects and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
