Senior FPGA Engineer

Location: Slough

We have partnered with a client based in Slough, who is developing applications within the telecommunications sector, delivering innovative solutions globally.

They are looking to add a Senior FPGA Engineer to their design team who will report directly to the system architect. Known as a pioneer in wireless communication, their team is committed to pushing boundaries and shaping the future of connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain FPGA Functions for base station product line.
  • Working on Full product lifecycle, from concept through design and testing.
  • Working in a cross functional team.
  • Preparing Design specifications and documentation
  • Ideal Senior FPGA Engineer Technical Experience:

  • Proven experience FPGA Design and Development.
  • Coding in VHDL and Verilog.
  • Experience in RTL Design, simulation, and verification.
  • Working on High-Speed interfaces.
  • Design and Verification using Avalon and AX14 interfaces.
  • Desired experience:

  • Knowledge of 4G and 5G.
  • Experience with DSP.
  • Experience with scripting languages.
