This is a remote-working opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a leading Semiconductor company based in Edinburgh. Join a world-leader in consumer electronics and enjoy the flexibility of working from home!
Here are the Senior Analog IC Design Engineer you will be responsible for the design, verification and simulation of CMOS analog blocks for power management circuits including voltage references, bias circuits, comparators and amplifiers meeting performance, area and power specifications.
Other responsibilities include:
- Working with block leads to achieve system and design strategy for power management products.
- Producing high quality documentation for own IP blocks
- Taking technical leadership for sub-systems and driving them from specification to production
- Interpreting requirement specifications to achieve system and designing strategy
- Driving silicon debugging and designing characterization
- Driving Lab evaluation in collaboration with Applications Engineers for own design
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Analog IC Design Engineer with experience in ADCs or power management IC design. Excellent communication and team working skills are required, and candidates must be based in the UK.
A very strong base salary is on offer, together with annual bonus plan and stock units.
