Overview

Our world-leading Semiconductor client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior RF Analog IC Design Engineer to join their radio team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will work on a wide range of circuits from RF through to baseband and PLLs, with an emphasis on low power design. The Senior RF Analog IC Designer will drive design from initial architecture through to final delivery and will have opportunities to innovate new techniques to meet challenging circuit requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design from initial architecture through to final delivery.
  • Work on circuits spanning RF through baseband and PLLs, with emphasis on low power design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

  • BSc / MSc in Electronic Engineering or a similar field
  • Established industrial experience within analog IC design
  • Solid background in mixed-signal/data converter IC design (ADC types: sigma-delta, interleaved, SAR, pipeline, flash)
  • Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso
  • Experience with advanced process technologies (22nm, 14nm, 6nm)
