Our exciting deep-tech startup is currently looking for a Silicon Product Engineering Lead to own product engineering from tapeout to production and the day to day operation of the Bristol lab. The role will involve owning the ATE strategy and test program development from early silicon through to high volume manufacturing and to drive qualification and reliability activities across devices. Owning NPI processes and managing OSAT relationships will be an important part of the role.
Required skills for the Silicon Product Engineering Lead will include:
- Strong ATE and semiconductor test experience
- Deep knowledge of reliability physics and failure analysis tools
- Product engineering skills including NPI and foundry interface experience
- Ability to build, mentor and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Strong communication skills
- Degree qualified
