Overview

Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Product Engineer to have full responsibility of IC production development and IC production quality of wireless and automotive devices.

Responsibilities

Planning qualification and reliability programs as well as developing product yield enhancement programs. Interfacing with suppliers and different departments within the company will be critical to the role.

Qualifications

  • Semiconductor Product engineering experience
  • IC Test knowledge (ATE)
  • Quality and reliability experience (ISO9000)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Engineering Degree / PhD in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
