Based in Cambridge, my client is one of the worldβs true Semiconductor leaders looking for an RF IC Design Engineer to join their mmWave IC design team. Here you will have the chance to work as part of an expert RF team developing state-of-the-art 5G and 6G RF products in advanced CMOS processes.
As an RF IC Design Engineer, you will work on the specification, design, implementation and verification of challenging Analog and RF circuit blocks or sub systems for 6G RF ICs such as filters, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers or mixers.
For the role of RF IC Design Engineer, we are looking for someone with:
- A PhD in the field of CMOS RF IC Design
- Hands-on design experience in advanced CMOS technologies
- A good working knowledge of CMOS RF IC design and layout optimisation
