Our client is aiming to achieve the extraordinary by pioneering the development of impactful quantum computers. We\’re looking for a Senior RF Microwave Engineer to join their electronics team. We’re seeking individuals with a passion for Quantum technologies and a desire to contribute to world-changing innovations.
Responsibilities as a Senior RF Microwave Engineer :
- Lead RF backend design for the RF and microwave delivery system.
- Own RF design, simulation, testing, integration, and documentation.
- Collaborate with diverse teams for common goals.
- Uphold commitment to cutting-edge electronics.
- Contribute to project planning, progress reporting, and quick proof of concepts.
Requirements as a Senior RF Microwave Engineer :
- RF design experience (VHF – X-band).
- Hands-on experience in complex commercial RF systems.
- Proficiency in FEA tools, preferably Ansys Maxwell and HFSS.
- Practical experience in MW / RF (VHF – X-band) design.
- Expertise in test plans, low-noise design, and bringing designs to market.
- Strong documentation skills.
- BEng / BSc Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Nice-to-have skills :
- Analog design, PCB design (VHF-X-band), RF vendor supply chain.
- Pragmatic decision-making and project management experience.
