Joining as an RF Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in moving cutting-edge RF concepts into real, deployable hardware – working closely with architecture, systems, and wider engineering teams. As an RF Lead Engineer, you will take ownership of RF subsystem design and delivery within a defined system architecture. Key responsibilities

  • RF Technical Leadership

    • Design and simulate RF circuits (LNAs, PAs, filters, duplexers)
    • Optimise RF performance within system constraints
    • Define and execute RF test and validation plans
    • Analyse measurements (S-parameters, NF, EVM, ACPR, phase noise, linearity)
    • Lead debugging and root‑cause analysis of RF issues
    • Mentor and support RF engineers within the team
    • Promote strong engineering practices and documentation standards
  • Cross-Functional Work
    • Collaborate with system architects and multidisciplinary teams
    • Contribute to technical decision‑making, planning, and risk management
    • Support manufacturing and production test activities
