We’re supporting a cutting-edge satellite communications company in their search for a Programme Manager to take the lead on high-profile R&D and customer programmes across ASIC, RFIC, hardware, and software domains. You’ll be joining a genuinely collaborative engineering environment that’s building the next generation of satellite technology.

This role needs someone who’s experienced managing complex technical projects as well as the following:

  • Must have experience with either hands-on ASIC Design or experience managing projects within this area.
  • Exposure to the satellite, aerospace or defence sectors is preferred but similar industries are also interesting.
  • Strong background in hardware or software product development.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in programme or project management roles.
  • Familiarity with ESA processes and working with ESA as a customer is a real bonus.
  • Confident managing both technical teams and customers.

You’ll work from their site in Hampshire 2–3 days a week. The salary is £70k–£85k, and they’re open to discussing level depending on experience.
