Our London based client is currently searching for a Production Manager to lead production operations and assembly lines. The role will involve planning, coordinating and managing daily production activities as well as maintaining stringent quality control processes. Leading and motivating the production team will be a critical part of the role as well as identifying process improvement programs. Required skills for the Production Manager will include:
Strong production management experience within assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
