A PCB Layout Engineer is required for a growing engineering team in Cambridge. The PCB Layout Engineer will work on complex electronic products, supporting new and existing designs. This PCB Layout Engineer role offers the opportunity to contribute to mixed-signal PCB development.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify PCB layouts for analogue, digital, and RF designs
- Work closely with electronics engineers to ensure layout meets design intent and performance requirements
- Support design for manufacturability and production readiness
- Carry out layout reviews and implement design improvements
- Ensure designs meet EMC and signal integrity requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in PCB layout for complex electronic systems
- Strong knowledge of high-speed, RF, or mixed-signal design principles
- Experience with industry-standard PCB design tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
