This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Projects to join a growing company within the Space sector. As the Director of Project Management, you will support the company's product development by ensuring the successful management of their R&D projects relating to the development of electronic components. You will manage a small team of Project Managers and report directly into the CEO. Responsibilities:
- Led and managed the development program from concept to production, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, and validation teams, to achieve project milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the design and development teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure the successful implementation of their products.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment with project goals.
Experience required:
- Must have experience managing projects relating to the development of electronic or semiconductor products.
