Our international client is now searching for a MOSFET Design Engineer to design high-performance power MOSFETs with a strong focus on semiconductor process technology. The role requires the specification, design, and development of new Discrete products and technologies: product definition, application, circuit, device and process simulation, layout, design of experiments, measurements and analysis of trial results. Providing technical support for improving the performance, manufacturability, yield, and reliability of products as part of the company continuous improvement activity will also be part of the role.
Required skills for the MOSFET Design Engineer will include:
- Power semiconductor MOSFET device, design and product knowledge
- Knowledge of power semiconductor structures, simulation and test
- Wafer fabrication process experience
- Strong communication skills
- Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics or related discipline
