We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative engineering environment. This role is focused on ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, consistently, and in line with technical specifications and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing processes to support product quality and efficiency
  • Ensure all products are built in accordance with current procedures and appropriate technologies
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve manufacturing issues across electronics, software, and mechanical systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
  • Interpret and modify software tools (e.g., Python, AutoIt) to support manufacturing processes
  • Work with databases to manage and analyse production data

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a modern manufacturing environment involving electronics, software, and mechanical devices
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, including fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex manufacturing issues
  • Experience working with and editing software such as Python or AutoIt
  • Familiarity with databases and data-driven manufacturing processes
