Our Manchester based client is currently searching for a Product Engineer to join the New Product Development Team to support new product business analysis, manage project schedule, control development cost, and assure product quality and reliability. The role will involve semiconductor product qualification and releasing to production as well as coordinating with wafer fabs, assembly and test sites and subcontractors.
Required skills for the Semiconductor Product Engineer will include:
- Strong semiconductor product engineering experience
- Familiarity with device assembly and test
- Automotive reliability and FA knowledge desirable
- Strong communication skills
