Our international client is currently searching for a Device Engineer to be responsible for designing new products and processes to increase capability within the market. The role will involve developing new products and technologies and to support performance, manufacturability, yield and reliability of new devices. Assisting in the solution of customer problems associated with use of the products will also be required.
Required skills for the Device Engineer will include:
- Power semiconductor device knowledge
- Wafer fabrication process experience
- TCAD simulation software suites (Silvaco, Synopsis, TMA or ISE, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics or related discipline
