IC Resources is partnering with a UK-based advanced technology organisation expanding its machine learning capability. The team works on non-trivial, real-world problems where ML is applied in technically challenging environments rather than consumer-facing products. This role sits between research and engineering, focusing on taking ML concepts and adapting them for practical use.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine machine learning models for applied use cases
  • Work with complex or imperfect datasets
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers across disciplines

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong foundations in machine learning
  • Hands-on Python experience with modern ML frameworks
  • Comfortable working on open-ended technical problems
  • Strong STEM background (degree or equivalent experience)
  • Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. Long-term UK residency and right to work are required. No visa sponsorship available.
