My client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Test Technician to join their growing team. This role offers a dynamic split-location working environment, combining office-based responsibilities with hands-on technical support at subcontractor sites. You will play a key role in technical problem-solving, process improvement, and staff support, helping to maintain high standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing, debugging, and fault finding on hardware systems
- Carry out soldering and rework to support testing and repair activities
- Provide on-site technical support to subcontractor teams
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Support training and guidance of staff where required
- Accurately document test results and technical data
