Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ASIC engineering team to develop efficient production testing methods meeting automotive quality standards.
- Design test hardware for production multisite testing and device characterisation.
- Innovate test methods to optimise yield and reduce costs.
- Develop test program code and participate in code reviews.
- Build detailed test plans and identify root causes for test issues.
- Perform pre-production activities and support qualification testing.
- Develop hardware checker programs and scripts for troubleshooting and data processing.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in semiconductor Bench Testing and ATE production system development.
- Proficiency in semiconductor testing processes with high volume production experience.
- Strong understanding of electronics circuits operation and test methodologies.
- Experience with Analog and Mixed signal testing.
- Programming skills in Python, VBA, C, C# preferred.
- Familiarity with schematic design tools and revision control software.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
