We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Engineer to join our growing team and play a critical role in validating complex systems within the telecommunications and satellite domains. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cuttingâedge technology in a fastâpaced, collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and test complex telecommunication and satellite systems, spanning chipâlevel and systemâlevel designs
- Develop and execute validation for analog, RF, and highâspeed communication blocks, including SERDES links
- Operate, configure, and maintain advanced test and measurement equipment
- Design and implement automated validation and test solutions
- Perform deep debugging and rootâcause analysis of issues identified during validation
- Define, plan, estimate, and deliver systemâlevel test strategies and validation roadmaps
- Document, track, and manage defects, contributing to shared knowledge using JIRA and Confluence
- Apply industry bestâpractice test methodologies to ensure robust validation coverage
- Collaborate closely with crossâfunctional engineering teams, providing technical insight and driving continuous improvement

- Strong handsâon experience testing telecommunication or satellite systems
- Proven background in chip and system validation, particularly involving analog, RF, and highâspeed designs
- Deep expertise in highâspeed serial links (SERDES) and associated timeâdomain test techniques
