An opportunity has opened for a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join a UK-based innovation centre delivering cutting-edge R&D in compound semiconductor and power electronic technologies. As Principal Power Electronics Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across several R&D programmes, support engineering teams, and influence both design direction and long-term strategy. Projects span high-power SiC-based systems (100kW–2MW), EV propulsion, and aerospace auxiliary power applications.

Responsibilities
