Our international client is now searching for a MOSFET Design Engineer to design high-performance power MOSFETs with a strong focus on semiconductor process technology.
Responsibilities:
- Specification, design, and development of new discrete products and technologies.
- Product definition, application, circuit, device, and process simulation, layout, design of experiments, measurements, and analysis of trial results.
- Providing technical support for improving performance, manufacturability, yield, and reliability of products as part of continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Power semiconductor MOSFET device, design and product knowledge.
- Knowledge of power semiconductor structures, simulation, and test.
- Wafer fabrication process experience.
- Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics or related discipline.
