With committed support from government, UKSC will have the time and resources to establish long-term initiatives that will supercharge the success of UK semiconductors over many years. This will positively impact the whole of the UK's 'deep tech' ecosystem and economy.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the UKSC's marketing and communications strategy
- Define the Centre's positioning and messaging in consultation with the Steering Group and stakeholders
- Lead competitor and UK ecosystem analysis, benchmarking against international capabilities, to inform UKSC strategy
- Ensure effective communication of UKSC activities to government, industry, academia, and the public
Suitable candidates will have substantial experience in strategic marketing, branding, or communications within a high-technology context, as well as intimate knowledge of the semiconductor industry. You will have a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences along with strong analytical skills and experience of competitive or ecosystem analysis.
LocationThe UKSC will be based in Kings Cross, London and will offer a hybrid working model. A 4-day working week may also be an option.
