I’m currently recruiting for a Senior PIC Engineer to join an innovative team working on next-generation photonic technologies for high-speed optical communications.
The role will focus on the design, development and characterisation of high-speed photonic integrated circuits, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across optics, electronics, packaging and testing.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in high-speed PIC design and development
- Experience with optical modulators, photodetectors and/or high-speed transceivers
- Strong understanding of RF/microwave and high-speed signal integrity
- Experience with PIC simulation, layout and fabrication
- Hands-on experience with high-speed testing and device characterisation
- Strong understanding of integrated photonics and semiconductor devices
- Ability to lead technical projects and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
