An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Electronics Engineer to join a pioneering technology company in Oxford. As a Lead Hardware Engineer, you will take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of complex electronic systems used in advanced applications. The role of Lead Hardware Engineer will involve leading hardware design activities from concept through to validation, working closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to achieve world-class performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Oversee schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews.
- Guide prototyping, debugging, and validation activities in the lab.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust system integration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements:
