Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager to lead semiconductor wafer process development and fab delivery across high-end R&D and low-volume production environments. Driving technology innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering next-generation products to meet customer needs will be requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership
    • Lead and develop the process engineering team, setting clear objectives and building capability.
    • Own end-to-end wafer fab delivery for R&D and production programmes.
    • Drive process innovation aligned with the technology roadmap.
    • Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a data-driven culture.
    • Ensure effective performance management, skills development, and safe working practices.
  • Technical
    • Lead semiconductor process development and maintain advanced process/tool capabilities.
    • Drive yield improvement, process optimisation, and structured problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma principles.
    • Apply data-driven approaches to accelerate R&D development and new device/process introduction.
    • Support evaluation and development of new materials and technologies.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ wafer fab experience with technical leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques.
  • Experience with III-V materials and processing.
  • Proven team leadership and development skills.
