An exciting opportunity for a Hardware Architect to join a high-growth start-up developing next-generation processor technologies for AI and high-performance computing applications. This is a Principal / Director - level position focused on the full system design of scalable, high-speed digital hardware — including digital core architecture, memory systems, interconnects, and multi-node platforms. You'll take a lead role in defining architecture, driving design from concept through to implementation, and contributing to long-term IP development. There’s potential for this role to lead a team now or in the future, especially as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in digital electronic system architectures for processor-based platforms
  • FPGAs
  • Expertise in memory systems, IO, interconnects, and multi-board or multi-node designs
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Creative, ground-up design thinking with a track record of innovation
