Our Cambridge based client is currently searching for a GaN Reliability Engineer to be responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs. The role will involve designing the reliability experiments as well as developing and analysing reliability models. An important part of the role will be to develop new electrical reliability tests in collaboration with TCAD and simulation engineers. This role can also suit a PhD level graduate who is keen to enter into the reliability world.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, preferably GaN
- Good knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and software such as JMP, Minitab or Python
- Experience with semiconductor failure analysis
- A degree in a relevant engineering or science subject
